Conner Sherwood, DDS

Dr. Conner Sherwood grew up in Greensboro, NC with the fortune of having a father that served as an excellent role model. And this is what initially encouraged him to consider the field of oral surgery. 

Conner received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC before attending dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. He then completed a 4-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, IA.

To him, oral surgery is the perfect mix of medicine and dentistry. He enjoys being able to accommodate the unique needs of each patient to develop a treatment plan that is right for them. He enjoys helping patients become free of pain and providing them with the opportunity to smile again. 

Conner now lives again in Greensboro, NC with his wife and three young sons. They enjoy simply spending time together as a family and playing in the yard. When time allows, Dr. Sherwood enjoys listening to music and podcasts, watching sports, firing up his smoker/grill, and playing tennis.
